3 General Phases of Care:

Phase 1: Relief Care

People seek care because they are in pain. Our first objective is to relieve your pain. Relief care lasts from 4-12 weeks consisting of 2-3 appointments per week. Relief care may take more or less time depending on your medical condition.

Phase 2: Restorative Care

During restorative care your body while no longer in acute pain is still healing. You are still at risk of injury reoccurrence. Restorative care strengthens and retrains your muscles and tissues so your injuries won’t reoccur. Restorative care can last from 6-24 months consisting of 4-8 appointments per month depending on your progress.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments to avoid future problems. Usually, this only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1-4 times per month. Frequency will vary based on your lifestyle and goals.
