Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a healing art that utilizes a natural and holistic approach to restore normal function to the spine and extremities. The primary Chiropractic treatment is the spinal manipulation. A Doctor of Chiropractic performs a spinal manipulation by manually moving a spinal joint that has become restricted through its full range of motion. By unlocking the joint, function is restored and pain is decreased.
Progressive Rehab
Progressive Rehab is the combination of precise chiropractic adjustments with pain relieving and stabilizing rehab therapies. This allows us to address the muscles, joints, and alignment in the same visit offering quick relief of pain and nerve pressure.
Non-surgical Spinal Decompression
Non-surgical spinal decompression is mechanical traction that is applied by a computer. This decompression stretches the spinal column, and this decreases the indradiscal pressure. The decrease in pressure on the discs allows bulges and herniations to be retracted back into the disc space. This decreases the pressure and irritation on the nerve roots.
Graston Technique
Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment that detects and breaks up scar tissue and adhesions that can limit normal function or cause pain. It can be used for acute, chronic, or post-surgical conditions.
Kinesio Tape
Kinesio tape is a rehabilitative taping technique that is used in athletics but is also very helpful in treating everyday injuries and conditions. The tape’s properties mimic the skin and therefore, can be worn for 3-5 day and allow for full range of motion.
Kinesio Tape has the ability to:- Re-educate the neuromuscular system
- Reduce pain
